7:30 - 9:00 PM : Welcome Drinks

Will feature a welcome drinks at the C Lazy U and is open to everyone including all off ranch guests. If you want to get a chance to say “Hi” before the big day then this is a great opportunity.

Saturday

Today is the day and it’s going to be packed with excitement. 

2:15 PM : Shuttles to the Ranch

For those staying off ranch we will be offering a shuttle bus from the Best Western and Ski Granby Condos to the ranch as well as return trips towards the end of the evening. Pick-Up timing is still TBD, but likely to be around 2:30.

3:30 - 4:30 PM : Hayrides to the Ceremony

Once you’re on ranch it’s just a short hayride to the ceremony site. To make sure everything stays on schedule, we will begin the rides at 3:30pm, one hour prior to the start of the ceremony. At the ceremony site you will find shade, seating, refreshments and restrooms as a reward for all your help in keeping things on time.

4:30 - Midnight : Wedding it Up and Partying Down!
